    The Foundation Program is where champions begin their journey. Designed for beginners or players new to competitive tennis, this program focuses on building a strong base of skills in a fun, supportive environment. We emphasize enjoyment while introducing the fundamentals of high-performance tennis, ensuring players develop both a love for the game and the discipline to excel.

    What’s included:

    • 2 squad sessions per week (1.5 hours each)

    • Minimum 1 private coaching session per week with one of our academy coaches

    • Initial & Final Assessment reports

    • Tactical and match play sessions

    • Individualised program including fitness & nutrition
