  • Personalised Plan: A fully customised strategy based on individual needs, whether focused on recovery, sustainable weight loss, or building lean muscle naturally.

  • 6-Week Package: NZD $570 (NZD $95 per week), including weekly sessions and ongoing support.

  • 12-Week Package: NZD $1,080 (NZD $90 per week), offering deeper guidance and accountability for long-term success.
